City of Overton does not have their Code of Ordinances formally codified at this time. therefore Chapter 96 – Zoning Ordinance is an ever changing document; we have listed the original ordinance and all amendments thereto for your review. All ordinances together collectively comprise what will be Chapter 96, therefore the latest amendment will supersede any previous versions but all Ordinances need to be reviewed to be reviewed.
