Online Payments

The City of Overton, Texas offers an easy way for you to pay your water bill or court citation online by credit or debit

The E-Pay system will accept only the following credit or bank cards:

Master Card, Visa, American Express, & Discover

All payment amounts are validated as real-time and accepted according to a prescribed schedule.  These payments are not yet transferred into the billing system and may show pending on your account.  A payment confirmation or receipt will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Please note: A convenience fee of 3.50% per transaction will be charged to the card when paying by credit card.

If you are making a payment for services to be reconnected, you must call the Utility Billing Department to inform us payment was made.

If you are making a citation payment, you must contact the Court Department to ensure your payment is properly posted.
